Draft Day Notes

Each player will receive an email with their Draft Evaluation time after registration closes. Each player will run through some basic Drills and activities that will enable the coaches to assess their skill level. The selection process is used to assure that the teams are evenly matched which makes for a better playing experience. All players are drafted onto teams. Players are not assigned to teams by school or with friends.

When you arrive at the Draft, please accompany your daughter to the check in table to get her Draft number and your Fundraiser Packet. Please help her put the numbers on her shirt. Have her wear as plain a shirt as possible with no numbers on it so that her Draft Number can be seen clearly.

The Fundraiser packet is very important to our program, we ask each family to try and buy or sell at least 1 item to help keep the costs of the program at the lowest of all comparable programs.

After she is checked in and has her numbers on her t-shirt, she should leave all of her things with you and proceed to the cafeteria where volunteers will be lining up the girls in preparation for entering the gym at her designated start time. You can wait for her in the gym.

If you do not have the required Program Black shorts with our program logo on them, you can purchase them for $15 before or after your Draft time. Program spirit wear t-shirts can also be purchased at this time. Other spirit wear like hoodies and sweats can be ordered at the Draft.

(Please note that all players will receive their game jerseys in late November/early December before games start. They do not need to purchase game shirts.)

We need volunteers to help during the Drafts! You can help out during your daughter's Draft time or at any of the other Drafts. The times that we need volunteers are:

  • Friday,  October 11th 6:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Tuesday, October 15th 7:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Thursday,  October 17th 6:30pm - 8:30pm

  • Items on Sale at the Draft: Program T-Shirts, Required Program Black Shorts, Magnets and other items will be on sale at your Division Draft.
  • Apparel Sale: Custom Hoodies, Sweats, Polo Shirts & Jackets can be ordered until November 10, 2018. The order form will be posted on the website soon.
